Terms of Services

The use of services of orbeans constitues agreeement of these terms.

1. WEBSITE / WEB-SERVER SERVICES :

Orbeans will setup the account as per the demand request by the client after the supply of appropriate payment. Orbeans will also maintain the website as by the request of the client. The client should make a request application in written with appropriate authority signatory , and forward it to our Postal Address as Register Post or can send through via. E-mail. Our teammates may also walk to you if you wishes to hand over the request application to our teammates.
Orbeans will not provide any codes of website or softwares to anyone in any means.

Orbeans will not design/or set up any material listed below (unaccepted material) :

• We will not setup a account cointaing priated softwares / movies / music/ images etc....
• Proxy script / autonomious haphazard illigal codes are not acceptable.
• Sites promoting illigal activies in any means are not allowed to our servers.
• Orbeans will not allow or design any kind of pornographic sites. If a client get suspected to run any pornographic site in our server. It will be suspended immediately without notice.
• Hacker focused sites/archives/programs are not allowed.
• Lottery Sites are not allowed
• Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites are not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice.

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION.

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Orbeans, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. All the billed payment wil be issued to you and services billing wil be done in the recurring basis. All the payment should be in advance mode. we will not provide any services in credit or in any other terms.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify Orbeans team via email at orbeans11@gmail.com or sales@orbeans.com after paying for a web renewal and to ensure the email is received and acted upon. Domain renewal notices and invoices are provided as a courtesy reminder and Orbeans cannot be held responsible for failure to renew a domain or failure to notify a customer about a domain's renewal.

Orbeans reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at anytime..

3. ACCOUNT SETUP / E-MAIL SETUP.

We will setup your Account or E-mail after we received payment . It is not our resoponsibilty to verify your E-mail Account, if your E-mail account is suspected as invalid or fraud, termination of your account may take place without making any prior notice. Its totally your responsibility to check your valid E-mail address and forward us. If you have updated your E-mail ID , it is your duty to give a note to Orbeans , about your updating of your E-mail ID. Orbeans is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information. If you make any changes in your account please make us know via E-mail ID. Telephonic conversion is only associated for sales and support system. You have to give your information via. E-mail of Orbeans for your Update. A acknowledge mail will be delived,if we receive the update information provided by you. If you did'nt receive our acknowledge mail, i.e we didnt get the mail which may lead to further tribulations . It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received your update information mail from Orbeans.

4. BACKUP & DATA LOSS.

Obeans provide Backup services to you as a courtesy. Orbeans is not responsible for files and / or data residing on your account. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason.

5. CANCELLATIONS OF ACCOUNT

Orbeans reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If the website is found to suspecious in any means the account will be cancelled without prior notice.
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.

6. DISCLAIMER.

Orbeans shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Orbeans makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Orbeans will not be responsible for loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by customer and its employees.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS).

Orbeans reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice. The Administration of the Orbeans has the full right to change or delete any of this policy at any time without any prior notices to the clients. or licensed rights (including intellectual property rights) you may have in content posted to your hosted websites.
